Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Sawweq (sawweq.app) is a seasonal planning service for Shopify stores. For privacy questions: hello@sawweq.app.

2. What we read from your store

We request read-only access to orders, products and inventory. We use it to build your plan: what to push, when to start, how much to reorder.

We never change anything in your store.

3. What we do not collect

We do not store your customers’ personal data: no names, phone numbers, addresses or emails. We keep sales totals by product and date only.

4. Your account data

We store your email, account settings and your stores (country and category) to run the service and bill you. Sign-in is handled by a trusted authentication provider.

5. How we protect data

Shopify access tokens are encrypted and never leave our servers. Access to each store’s data is limited to its members. Category benchmarks use aggregates from at least three stores, and no individual store is ever shown to another.

6. Retention and deletion

When you disconnect a store or uninstall the app, we delete its synced data. You can also ask us to delete your account by writing to us.

7. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at any time at hello@sawweq.app.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we update the date above and tell you about material changes.
