1. The service
Sawweq provides seasonal plans built from your store’s sales and category benchmarks: what to push, when to start and how much to reorder. Plans are recommendations; decisions and execution are yours.
2. Account and stores
One account can hold several stores. Each store has its own subscription and is billed separately. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your sign-in secure.
3. Subscription and payment
Plans are a flat monthly price per store, shown at signup. You can cancel anytime; the subscription runs to the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, in a way that harms it or others, or to access data from a store you do not own.
5. Accuracy of forecasts
Forecasts are estimates based on your data and category data, and each recommendation shows its confidence. We do not guarantee any sales result.
6. Your data
Your store data stays yours. We use it only to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.
7. Ending the service
You can stop anytime. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
